Good one! Classically clever clueing! Love the ones for 1A, 10A, 6D and 11D. Learned a new word (tasseomancy); perfect linkage of 8A and 11A. (Embarrassing question: is a there a particular reason for the church in 9A (as opposed to, say, another kind of edifice)?
